Sick Leave Certificates
Our pharmacists can issue an absent from work certificate due to personal illness/ injury or if you need to care for a family member who is ill/injured. The Pharmacist can issue the certificate only after a private in store consultation. The certificate can only be issued from the date of the consultation and up two days leave can be granted.
